帶通濾波器(BPF)被廣泛用于通帶非常窄、通帶以外任何其它頻率被衰減的應(yīng)用。

在H.Martinez et al撰寫的文章(參考文獻(xiàn)[1])中,描述了一種具有可調(diào)品質(zhì)因數(shù)、在諧振頻率點具有恒定傳輸系數(shù)且采用三個運放設(shè)計的帶通濾波器。這種濾波器的傳輸函數(shù)符合公式(1),其中K反比于品質(zhì)因數(shù)Q。這種帶可調(diào)品質(zhì)因數(shù)的帶通濾波器(參考文獻(xiàn)1中的圖1)由一個雙T單元和一個差分電路組成。
本文要討論的這種設(shè)計可以將帶通濾波器方案中的差分電路剔除在外,H.Martinez et al.提供的方案屬性則都有保留。
圖1a所示的帶通濾波器框圖中有一個采用IC1和IC2的電壓跟隨器,它可以用一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的雙運放并將其反相輸入端連接到運放輸出來實現(xiàn)。

其中m是提供給雙T單元(圖1b)且與頻率無關(guān)的正反饋系數(shù)。品質(zhì)因數(shù)的值取決于電位器RPOT的位置。在電位器的底部位置,光標(biāo)顯示濾波器的品質(zhì)因數(shù)Q處于最小值,當(dāng)電位器向上調(diào)整時,品質(zhì)因數(shù)隨之增加。

根據(jù)H. Martinez et al. [1],當(dāng)ω=ω0時最大增益AMAX總是保持不變,并等于1(0dB),與Q無關(guān)。m=0時品質(zhì)因數(shù)最小,值為1/4,對應(yīng)于電位器的轉(zhuǎn)子連接到輸入端。最大增益理論上是無窮大,但在實際應(yīng)用中品質(zhì)因數(shù)很難達(dá)到50以上。在典型應(yīng)用中Q的變化范圍從1到10。
圖2顯示了帶通濾波器輸出VBP(s)/VIN(s)在m值從0.1到0.9變化時的波特圖。從圖中可以看出,頻率f0等于1kHz。濾波器的建模是使用“Spectrum Soft”的(ECAD) Micro-CAP 9電路仿真程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)的。

我們的方案是通過移動輸入電壓源Vin(t)的地線、將IC1和IC2組成的陷波濾波器的原始方案進(jìn)行拓?fù)滢D(zhuǎn)換[2]實現(xiàn)的。
這樣,推薦電路就將附加的差分電路IC3(圖3b)排除在外,達(dá)到了與Martinez et al相似的結(jié)果(圖3a)。
