The ADSP-CM40xF family of mixed-signal control processors is based on the ARM® Cortex-M4TM processor core with floating-point-unit operating at frequencies up to 240 MHz and integrating up to 384KB of SRAM memory, 2MB of flash memory, accelerators and peripherals optimized for motor control and photo-voltaic (PV) inverter control and an analog module consisting of two 16-bit SAR-type ADCs and two 12-bit DACs. TheADSP-CM40xF family operates from a single voltage supply(VDD_EXT/VDD_ANA), generating its own internal voltage supplies using internal voltage regulators and an external passtransistor.
This family of mixed-signal control processors offers low static power consumption and is produced with a low-power and low voltage design methodology, delivering world class processor and ADC performance with lower power consumption.
By integrating a rich set of industry-leading system peripherals and memory, the ADSP-CM40xF mixed-signalcontrol processors are the platform of choice fornext-generation applications that require RISC programmability, advanced communications and leading-edge signalprocessing in one integrated package. These applications span a wide array of markets including power/motor control, embedded industrial, instrumentation, medical and consumer.
Each ADSP-CM40xF family member contains the followingmodules.

• 1 two-wire interface (TWI) module

240 MHz ARM Cortex M4內(nèi)核集成浮點(diǎn)運(yùn)算單元,可支持高級(jí)編程模型和復(fù)雜算法。
384KB SRAM和2MB閃存,從容應(yīng)對(duì)大程序。
高級(jí)PWM和定時(shí)器功能,可有效提升轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)和電機(jī)性能。
SINC濾波器,可無(wú)縫連接AD74xx隔離式轉(zhuǎn)換器,實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度隔離電流采樣。
諧波分析引擎,可兼容并網(wǎng)連接(用于太陽(yáng)能逆變器設(shè)備)。
以太網(wǎng)和USB接口,支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口。
2個(gè)CAN接口、3個(gè)UART、2個(gè)SPI、2個(gè)SPORT、8個(gè)32位定時(shí)器、2個(gè)雙線接口和4個(gè)正交編碼器接口。
16位異步存儲(chǔ)器總結(jié),可連接外置SRAM或FPGA。
24x24 176引腳LQFP封裝,搭載91個(gè)GPIO引腳和16個(gè)ADC輸入引腳,專門針對(duì)電機(jī)控制應(yīng)用而優(yōu)化。

ADI M4 Control Card(ADSP-CM408 控制核心板) 具有以下功能:

隔離通訊接口2個(gè)CAN接口、1個(gè)RS-232、1 個(gè)RS-485接口。
USB OTG 接口、一個(gè)100M 以太網(wǎng)接口。
PWM 及ADC 引出,方便對(duì)電機(jī)控制信號(hào)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。
2 路SINC 濾波器輸入接口,直接連接連接ADUM74XX 系列Σ-Δ隔離ADC。
Timer 、CNT 等電機(jī)控制需要的引腳均用2.54 排針引出,方便客戶連接自己的功率底板。
Oscar-Skylight Motion Control EVM (PMSM FOC 控制功率底板)具有如下功能:
控制板連接接口,可與ADI M4 Control Card 進(jìn)行直接連接,由其提供控制信號(hào)。
所有控制和反饋信號(hào)均采用ADI 高速磁隔離芯片進(jìn)行隔離。
功率驅(qū)動(dòng)部分采用仙童FSBB20CH60C 600V/20A智能功率模塊,具有OCPLVO
具有多種相電流采樣方式,可通過(guò)Σ-Δ ADC 和ADSP-CM408 內(nèi)置的SINC 濾波器進(jìn)行電流采樣,也可通過(guò)霍爾電流傳感器和ADSP-CM408 內(nèi)置16bit ADC 采樣。
多種傳感器接口,具有霍爾傳感器接口、旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器接口、旋轉(zhuǎn)變壓器接口(AD2S1210實(shí)現(xiàn)),用來(lái)連接傳感器獲取電機(jī)的速度和位置信號(hào)。
通過(guò)兩塊板子的配合,CM408 MBD Motion Control EVM具有電機(jī)控制需要的基本接口及功能模塊,配合MBD 軟件可以實(shí)現(xiàn)完整的電機(jī)控制功能。
